Welcome to Raider Youth Girls’ Lacrosse, home of our Lady Raiders!
The Raider Youth Girls’ Lacrosse Program is committed to nurturing young athletes both on and off the field. We focus on areas such as stick skills, technique, and speed, and emphasize skill-building, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Our program provides a supportive environment where young girls of all experience levels can grow their confidence and passion for the game!

Frequently asked questions
When does the Girls’ Lacrosse season start and end?
Our Raider Youth Girls Lacrosse season traditionally begins in February and will run until mid/late May.
Can my child play if they have never played lacrosse before?
All children are welcome to participate in our organization, regardless of their skill level, even if they have never played before.
When will my child receive their uniform?
Uniforms for all lacrosse athletes are ordered online during the registration process. They will be delivered 1-2 weeks before the first game of the season. Please note that uniform purchase is required for first-year players.
What equipment will I need to provide for my child?
Players are responsible for providing their own lacrosse stick, protective goggles, cleats, and mouth guard.
When do Girls' Lacrosse Practices and Games Take Place?
Practice days and times are typically held weeknights and are determined by each team’s coaching staff based on their availability. Games are typically held weekly on Sundays.
Where will practices and games take place?
Team indoor practices will begin in February at locations yet to be announced. Outdoor practices will take place at Hallock Park. Unless otherwise announced, home games will be played at the Patchogue-Medford High School.
