OUR MISSION

Founded in 2008, the Raider Youth Football, Lacrosse, and Cheer Organization (Raider Youth FLC) was established to teach the children of the Patchogue-Medford Community the fundamentals of football, lacrosse, and cheerleading. Our mission is to create a safe and inclusive environment for young athletes to develop physical and essential life skills, such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and resilience.  Operating under the regulations of USA Football, Suffolk County PAL (SCPAL), Suffolk County Youth Cheerleading Association (SCYCA), USA Lacrosse, Nassau-Suffolk PAL, and Suffolk County Girls Lacrosse, our dedicated volunteers ensure a fun, recreational experience for children ages 5-13, promoting fair play and skill development, while fostering a lifelong love for the sport, and paving the way for advancement to the Patchogue-Medford Middle School and High School Programs.
